Kill the animal, bleed the animal, skin the animal, opening the carcass, split the carcass and so on? Really? Meat just isn’t that expensive. If you want it fresher than from a grocery store buy from a sheep farmer who can have it processed for you. I know folks who do that.
Another answer is correct—even if slaughtering in your back yard isn’t against any town/county/state/federal ordinance (highly unlikely tho) your landlord may have issue w it. However it turns out, hope you get the food you want.
