2011 Street of Dreams winners announced
PORTLAND, OREGON - August 13, 2011- Attendance is up this year at the Street of Dreams, the annual event for home builders to show off their showiest tricks. The NW Natural Street of Dreams presented five homes, all Earth Advantage Certified, priced between $800,000 and $950,000. The homes are being shown between August 6th and August 28th at the Brentwood Estates at the top of Bull Mountain Road in Tigard. This home by Arbor Custom Homes is titled "Chateau Marseille." Ross William Hamilton/The Oregonian In an evening ceremony Tuesday, the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland announced award winners for this year's Street of Dreams , the annual show for builders and venders to show off innovations and trends through luxury houses.This year's event features five houses on Bull Mountain in Tigard. The show continues from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily through Sept. 5. Admission is $12 for adults and free for children 10 and under. Parking is available on SW Bull Mountain Road at 144th Ave. , and shuttle buses take visitors to the street.
The homes were judged by Realtors, professional judges from outside Portland and by people who visited this year's show.
