Quest Name: Riding on the Clouds
Start Location: Maat (H-5) Ru’Lude Gardens
Finally, an easy cap quest. Maat wishes to teach you a lesson and gives you four cryptic clues. These clues point you to NPCs all over Vana’diel that you need to trade a Kindred Seal to and speak with. You should have at least four of these seals by this point, but if you don’t go fight high level Beastmen for them. Which clues Maat gives you is random, but here is a run down of all of them;

Once you have traded to the four random NPCs that you have been sent to find return to Maat to hear his lecture on why you had to do that and then receive your reward; your level cap rises to Lv70.
